The platform does not pre-screen or pre-approve all user-generated content, does not guarantee that all content is free from infringement, and does not accept direct legal responsibility for content posted by users or third parties.
Users are fully responsible for the legality, origin, authenticity, and lawful use rights of the content they upload, share, or distribute.

We do not

Handling Procedure
Upon receiving a valid notice of copyright infringement, Material X Green may take the following actions.
- Review the reported content by receiving, examining, and verifying the allegedly infringing content based on the information and supporting evidence provided.
- Temporarily hide or remove the reported content where there are indications of infringement, in order to minimize risks and protect the rights and interests of the relevant parties during the resolution process.
- Notify the content uploader regarding the complaint, including the reason for the claim, while providing guidance and an opportunity for response, clarification, or counterstatement.
- Temporarily suspend or restrict accounts involved in repeated or serious violations, including applying limitations, temporary suspension, or account termination measures where appropriate.
- Take necessary actions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including cooperating with competent authorities and implementing measures required under intellectual property and digital content laws.

Counter Notice
Users have the right to submit a counter notice if they believe that the content was removed by mistake, they have lawful rights to use the content, or the content falls under fair use or other lawful exceptions.
A counter notice must include
